1. Submitting a DMCA Notice
Your notice must include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location.
- Your contact information, including address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers, in our sole discretion.
4. Misrepresentation
Misrepresenting infringement in a notice or counter-notice may subject you to liability.
