Refunds & Cancellations

We want you to love your song. Because creation begins immediately after you submit your request, refunds are limited and subject to the policies below.

1. Cancellation Policy

Once you click "Create Song" and generation begins, the order cannot be cancelled because computing resources are consumed instantly.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Technical Failure: The system fails to generate a playable song after payment.
  • Corrupted Output: Audio or files are inaccessible or unplayable due to system error.
  • Duplicate Charge: You were charged more than once for the same transaction.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Dislike of style, melody, or lyrics (art is subjective).
  • Incorrect information supplied by you in the original prompt.
  • Delays caused by provider outages or force majeure events.
  • Abuse, fraud, or violation of our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Credit-Based Resolution

In some cases, we may offer replacement credits instead of a cash refund. This is common for quality or preference-related issues.

5. Promotional Credits

Free or promotional credits are non-refundable and have no cash value unless required by law.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may lead to account suspension and loss of access to remaining credits. We encourage you to contact us for fast resolution.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email support@onesong.cc with your order ID, date of purchase, and a description of the issue. We typically respond within 48 hours.

8. Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the provider and may take 5–10 business days.

9. Currency and Taxes

Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. You are responsible for any currency conversion charges or taxes imposed by your payment provider.
