This policy explains ownership and licensing terms for Content, Output, and the OneSong Service.
1. OneSong IP
The Service, software, branding, and underlying technology are owned by OneSong and its licensors. Except for the limited rights granted to you, no rights are transferred.
2. Your Content
You retain ownership of your Content. You grant OneSong a limited license to process your Content to provide the Service, including AI-assisted generation and quality assurance.
3. Output License
- You receive a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Output for personal use.
- Commercial usage, public performance, or redistribution may require a separate license.
- You may not represent Output as created entirely by human artists without disclosure.
4. Restrictions
- You may not resell or sublicense Output as a standalone product without permission.
- You may not use Output to train competing models without written authorization.
- You may not attempt to remove watermarks or metadata where present.
5. Moral Rights and Attribution
To the extent permitted by law, you waive and agree not to assert any moral rights in the Output. We do not require attribution for personal use, but you are responsible for any required disclosures.
6. Third-Party Claims
While we aim to minimize infringement risk, we do not guarantee Output is free from third-party claims. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and rights holders.
